  1. Processing Time

    Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Weekends and public holidays are not counted as working days.
  2. Delivery Time
  • US & CA: 7–15 business days
  • Europe: 8–18 business days
    Delivery times are estimated only, delays caused by customs or logistics are beyond our control.

    Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination and package weight.

    Free standard shipping on orders over $79 worldwide.
  2. Tracking

    A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.
  3. Customs Duties & Taxes

    Import duties, VAT and local taxes are borne solely by the buyer. We do not cover any customs charges.
  4. Lost / Damaged / Returned Packages
  • Damaged items: Contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos for replacement or refund.
  • Lost parcels: We offer reshipment or full refund after carrier confirmation.
  • Packages returned due to wrong address or unpaid customs fees: Reshipping fees will be charged to customers.
